About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team at Philips. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our customers, ensuring that their HealthTech products and services are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers, communicating solutions and actions in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Take initiative with medium technical complex support within defined frameworks.
- Accurately document service records, including diagnostics, resolution, and test procedures, using our Service Management System.
- Focus on First Time Right, ensuring clear action plans and preparation, with parts (if required), and diagnosis before onsite visits.
- Actively involved in customer escalations, complaints (safety/non-safety related), or feedback, following agreed processes to ensure accurate information capture.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need a customer-first attitude and the following:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronic systems engineering, mechatronics, instrumentation and control engineering, biomedical, or medical electronics.
- 2 years of experience in imaging equipment maintenance.
- Competent in IT/network diagnosis/system connectivity/remote service essential.
