Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our global Finance organization, you will play a vital part in our success by assisting with duties related to document preparation and information coordination required to process ISF transactions through US Customs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for filing, updating, and reviewing ISF transactions accurately and timely to ensure a match with AMS in accordance with US Customs guidelines and regulations.
- Perform all duties correctly, cost-efficiently, within Company standards, and under the close supervision of the CX Team Lead.
Requirements:
- Recent Graduate or 1 Year in Ocean Logistics, CX
- English advanced level
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields
- MS Office (intermediate)
