Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our GSC Hub team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide email support to clients, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through phone calls, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve contract and dispute management issues, providing accurate information and support as needed.
  • Support the onboarding process, educating clients on how to use our website and local information to avoid potential delays.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Previous experience in customer experience is highly desirable.
