* Provide marketing inputs in S&OP meetings.
* Forecast sales, volume, and market shares for the brand, ensuring all parts of the company are geared accordingly.
* Champion the brand internally, ensuring all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.
* Support and establish strong relationships with regional and global teams.
* Develop high-quality marketing materials that align with the overall brand strategy and GBU.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, or similar.
* Master's degree a plus.
* 2-4 years of solid experience in Marketing in FMCG.
* Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
* Highly creative with ability to think outside the box.
* Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
* Advanced English.
* Excellent knowledge of Nielsen.
