The Revenue Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth and financial performance at Hyatt Regency Villahermosa. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel.
- Lead the technical accounting aspects of the hotel's revenue streams.
- Develop and implement revenue recognition policies.
- Interface with sales, operations, and marketing organizations.
- Manage royalty accounting and invoicing.
- Lead a team of two direct reports.
- University degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Analyst.
- Strategic orientation, problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
