About the Role- This role will support our US customer base, with the majority of communication in English.
- Research and identify expansion sales opportunities for Nextiva customers.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to existing customers through various channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining fit with additional Nextiva products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead information in the CRM system.
- Buildd a strong understanding of Nextiva's offerings and value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with our Expansion Sales Team to schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- You have a passion for providing memorable customer experiences.
- You are tech-savvy and enjoy learning about innovative products.
- You have a curiosity to learn about businesses and help them succeed.
- English Fluency (verbal & written) required.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role required.
- 1+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role preferred.
