The Customer Experience Ambassador role is a vital position that sets the foundation for delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to positively impact Nextiva's existing customers by identifying account expansion opportunities and building strong relationships.

About the Role
  • This role will support our US customer base, with the majority of communication in English.
  • Research and identify expansion sales opportunities for Nextiva customers.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to existing customers through various channels.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining fit with additional Nextiva products or services.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead information in the CRM system.
  2. Buildd a strong understanding of Nextiva's offerings and value propositions.
  3. Collaborate closely with our Expansion Sales Team to schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
About You
  • You have a passion for providing memorable customer experiences.
  • You are tech-savvy and enjoy learning about innovative products.
  • You have a curiosity to learn about businesses and help them succeed.
Qualifications
  • English Fluency (verbal & written) required.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role required.
  • 1+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role preferred.
