Essential Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in Source Control systems such as Stash and Gitlab.
  2. Extensive experience in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines utilizing Gitlab CI and Bamboo.
  3. Solid understanding of Cloud technologies, particularly AWS (including EC2, ECR, S3, IAM roles, Lambda, and CloudWatch).
  4. Hands-on experience with Container Management tools like Docker.
  5. Familiarity with Orchestration tools, specifically Kubernetes services.
  6. Experience with Artifact repositories, particularly Nexus.
  7. Advanced skills in application monitoring tools such as Datadog or Dynatrace.
  8. Experience in administering messaging services like Kafka.
  9. Knowledge of API management tools, specifically WS02.
  10. Experience with log management solutions like Splunk.
  11. Proficient in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  12. Adept at troubleshooting production issues and implementing swift resolutions.
  13. Experience with Unix/Shell scripting.
  14. A strong commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage Build pipelines using Bamboo and Gitlab.
  2. Diagnose and resolve build and deployment failures.
  3. Oversee Release Management processes.
  4. Collaborate effectively within a DevOps team.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients regarding issues and improvement opportunities.
  6. Work collaboratively with various teams to address technical challenges and resolve issues.
  7. Utilize ServiceNow for creating requests and managing changes.
  8. Support developers as needed through Jira ticketing.
  9. Analyze application logs to identify errors and performance issues.
  10. Document processes and procedures thoroughly.
  11. Promote improvements and enhance efficiencies through teamwork.
  12. Create and deploy patches as necessary.
  13. Work independently with minimal supervision.
  14. Identify priorities and communicate obstacles effectively.
  15. Drive change initiatives.
  16. Possess 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
