About this opportunity

 

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with purchasing to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials for new projects.
  • Evaluate and guarantee the availability of materials according to production plans, while optimizing procurement processes.
  • Calculate and prioritize material needs based on production requirements.
  • Issue and update purchase orders, including master data management.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers from Asia and Europe to secure optimal delivery terms.
  • Maintain inventory levels within established parameters, adhering to company policies.
  • Develop strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English (essential) and experience with SAP.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in material planning and procurement.
  • Proven track record of working with international suppliers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Bill of Materials (BOM), Material Routing, and ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing practices, process improvement, and change management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
