Job Summary:

Central Standard Talent is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our Applicant Tracking System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment events and activities, including job fairs and interviews.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in a related field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
