Professional Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our Joints portfolio to healthcare professionals and driving business growth in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support to customers through education and training regarding our technologies.
- Attend procedures and have a constant and direct contact with the customer, giving technical and professional support.
- Handle customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology.
- Establish specific sales objectives aligned to the business strategy, business selling action plans, and specific strategies for key accounts.
- Have ownership of assigned accounts to develop technical procedures, operative, and educational selling and promotional actions.
- Execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and which leads the customer to action.
- Identify commercial needs, opportunities, weaknesses, and strengths of the business unit to propose initiatives and solutions and optimize sales.
- Work hand in hand with the marketing team to ensure the results of the business are aligned with the defined strategy.
- Keep updated in product information, launching of products, and procedures by constantly studying training material, reading product awareness reports, assisting to congresses, and more.
- Establish strong relationships with physicians, obtain feedback, understand their needs, and maintain adequate service levels by providing high-level customer support and ongoing communication.
- Monitor the competition, strengthen relationships with all key players, including staffing, administration, finance, purchasing, etc., from institutions.
- Provide marketing intelligence information to the sales organization.
- Support the inventory management and planning.
Requirements:
- University/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
- 3 years of professional relevant commercial experience in Medical Devices - Joints.
- Intermediate in English.
