About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Planning Specialist to join our team at Grundfos Holding A/S. As a Material Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we have the right materials in place to meet our production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze purchasing part requirements and master data to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Place orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials
• Solve incoming issues and problems related to blocked invoices
• Evaluate vendor performance and send forecasts to vendors assigned
• Use GPS methodology in daily activities to optimize material planning

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineer or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Over 2 years of experience in a Material Planning role
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and advanced office management skills
• Fluent English language skills
