Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst

Job Summary:
The FP&A Senior Analyst will report directly to the FP&A Manager. This position will support the FP&A Manager and other areas to prepare financial analysis as required, as well as participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes, budgeting, and forecasting, monthly business review decks at all P&L levels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Active participation in monthly closing analysis
- Monthly forecast
- Budgeting process
- Any analysis as required
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Retrieve financial information from reporting systems
- Prepare monthly financial information as requested
- Analysis of main accounts
- Revenues
- Payroll
- Headcount
- Leasing and maintenance of equipment expenses
- Provide ad-hoc analytical and financial process support, as well as to special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Accountant with +5 years of experience working full-time (not as intern or student) as Finance or FP&A Analyst, preferably for a Group of companies, with exposure to a multinational environment
- Prior experience in using SAP would be advantageous
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel, able to make pivot tables, design complex formulas among other
- Team player skills. Ability to build good working environment with all members of the Finance Team
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced English
- Positive, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion
