**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process vendor invoices in the company's accounting system.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding Accounts Payable issues.
  • Utilize QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping principles to ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Resolve problems related to Accounts Payable issues.
  • Process payments and assemble supporting documentation.
  • Understand and follow audit guidelines for day-to-day duties.
  • Support internal and external audit requests.
  • Reconcile all statements monthly.
  • Ensure vendors send statements for reconciliation.

**Requirements:**

  • 2-3 years of experience with high-volume payables background.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including creating spreadsheets and using basic formulas.
  • Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of bookkeeping experience.
  • 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.

**Work Environment:**

In-person work location.
