Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the development of our next-generation Xeon platform server hardware. As a key member of the Data Platforms Engineering and Architecture (DPEA) Group, you will be responsible for managing programs of broad scope and high complexity, overseeing the development and implementation of products for external customers, and ensuring that quality standards and budget constraints are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-organizational programs of broad scope and high complexity, overseeing the development and implementation of products for external customers.
  • Lead the Core HW team(s), guiding performance of functional teams and planning and managing programs and projects that are directly tied to the development and implementation of products for external customers.
  • Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule.
  • Coordinate resources with other functional areas and management, and actively manage the program to ensure that quality standards and budget constraints are met.
  • Assess risk and identify issues related to the delivery of the Xeon platform, and monitor progress against schedule.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Master's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Program Manager in Electronics Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience with Data Center technical concepts, architecture, systems, and product development methods.
  • 4+ years of experience presenting to executives and external customers.
