At Nextiva, our Customer Account Managers empower our clients to expand their businesses and simplify their operations by promoting our products and solutions. Nextiva amalgamates various communication channels—voice, video, collaboration, SMS, and surveys—to enable businesses of all sizes to access crucial information at the right moment, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and driving positive business outcomes.

Solution Selling to Nextiva's Existing Clientele:
- Identify Client Needs: Recognize and comprehend client challenges.
- Recommend Tailored Solutions: Propose solutions aligned with their requirements.
Pipeline Management:
- Develop and oversee a pipeline of opportunities with a minimum of three times your quota assignment.
- Achieve at least 100% of your assigned quota on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain precise records in Salesforce for pipeline management.
Sales Execution:
- Provide customized demonstrations of the Nextiva solution, illustrating how it meets desired outcomes.
- Accurately forecast sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Effectively close sales using persuasive techniques.
Account Management:
- Sustain and enhance existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline to ensure consistent quota achievement.
Customer Interaction:
- Oversee customer interactions and monitor the sales process utilizing Salesforce CRM.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales, account management, and/or customer service (with upselling) in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
- Preferred: At least one year of sales experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, PaaS, or related sectors.
- Proficient in Salesforce with the ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and pitch decks.
- Analytical thinker who is fact-based and data-driven.
- Ability to comprehend and articulate key drivers and learn from past experiences.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and competitive with a success-driven mindset.
