Job Title: Private Individuals Domain Architect

As a Private Individuals Domain Architect, you'll play a critical role in shaping the IT strategy for our Retail Banking and Investments business domains. Your focus will be on delivering secure, resilient, and scalable solutions that promote agility and enable rapid delivery of valuable working products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and document complex systems that address business needs, considering multiple factors and utilizing advanced system design, analysis, and development knowledge.
  • Empower teams to contribute to the discovery of optimal requirements, designs, and architectures.
  • Maintain current state architecture for Retail Daily Banking and Investments, as well as Retail Lending and insurance business domains.
  • Collaborate with the global architecture team to leverage global services and contribute to reference architecture.
  • Work with Enterprise Architects to define target architectures and develop architectural roadmaps in conjunction with business domain leadership.

  • Natural talent for spotting patterns and devising strategies to improve systems.
  • Ability to grasp and master new concepts quickly.
  • Persuasiveness and ability to sell ideas effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Ability to understand requirements from various stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
