Work with Us to Drive Alignment Across the CNBU

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to play a key role in driving alignment across the Compute and Networking Business Unit (CNBU) Portfolio of Marketing Part Numbers (MPN). As a member of our team, you will work closely with various groups within the CNBU, including Product Management, as well as other central support organizations, such as Central BU, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Portfolio Review: Monitor existing product portfolios for low-performing parts and propose EOL plans and PCN timing in alignment with Business Operations Product Managers.
  • Manage and Facilitate CNBU Reviews: Oversee the CNBU monthly review and update to SS Baseline process, as well as the CNBU quarterly review and update to Single Customer Reliance Parts.
  • Represent CNBU Business Operations: Act as a representative for CNBU Business Operations on various Product Data Governance Boards.
  • Manage Excess Inventory: Serve as the CNBU Bus Ops Owner for Excess Inventory Management.
  • Support Supply Chain Reviews: Participate in weekly Supply Chain reviews, driving decisions and supporting tactical execution.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Central Inventory and Finance Teams to manage scrap/reserve process, as well as with various Micron Teams to align to targets and manage monthly inventory reporting process to Executive Leadership.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Possess excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Cross-Functional Team Experience: Have experience working in fast-paced cross-functional team environments across multiple sites while managing multiple high-priority projects.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize large amounts of data and translate into meaningful information.
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess intermediate to advanced level of expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Attention to Detail: Be detail-oriented with excellent organization skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Leadership Experience: Have experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, and CNBU senior management.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with manufacturing processes and inventory management, as well as experience with SAP, Tableau, and Power BI.
