About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our team at WeGalvanize. As a Risk and Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of risk and compliance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) business needs, processes, and workflows.
  • Product Expertise: Provide guidance on best practices and usage of our GRC products to achieve optimal results.
  • Implementation and Configuration: Leverage our methodology to configure and implement our GRC products, including Audit, Risk Management, Internal and Regulatory Compliance, and ESG.
  • Customer Enablement: Enable customers to effectively use our product to manage their GRC business.
  • Quality Delivery: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services contracted by customers.
  • Change Management: Proactively identify changes to contracted services and engage Delivery Managers to manage for appropriate handling.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role.
  • GRC Experience: Preferably 1-2 years supporting GRC programs or solutions with a focus on Audit, Risk Management, Internal and Regulatory Compliance, and Reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to effectively engage customers in solution discussions in the above-mentioned domain.
  • Implementation Experience: Preferably 1-2 years experience in implementing and supporting technology products, preferably for a Policy Management Software.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team to deliver in tight timeframes and respond quickly in an ever-changing environment.
  • Additional Skills: Preferably, but not mandatory, to have Python scripting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Time Management: Demonstrate effective time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • GRC and Analytics: Experience with GRC and/or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Platform-Based Products: Experience in platform-based products/solutions is an added advantage.
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in a relevant area (e.g. Business Administration, Compliance Management, Audit and Risk Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security or MIS) is a plus.
