We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team at Paramount Pictures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marketing and Public Relations, with excellent communication and project management skills.
The Main Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in creating engaging marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Coordinating with vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing assets.
- Managing promotional item requests and inventory control, as well as shipping and logistics.
- Submitting and following up on marketing department purchase orders.
- Coordinating and following up on vendor comparison, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Conducting market and vendor research as required.
- Managing the screenings platform (Paramount Premieres), including mailing database updates.
- Supporting event organization as required (screenings, premieres, red carpets, talent visits, etc.).
- Handling scheduling and reservations.
We are seeking professionals with a strong background in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications who are fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office programs as well as various design applications.
Professional experience in related fields or industry is a plus. Academic-level experience in audiovisual production and event coordination is preferred.
