Eam Hr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Training Manager to lead our training function and drive business growth through effective training and development programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct needs analysis studies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine training needs and develop training strategies.
- Compile data and analyze training requirements to prepare budgets and justify funding requests.
- Design and implement training policies, programs, and schedules based on identified training needs and business objectives.
- Select and implement effective instructional procedures and methods, including individual training, group instruction, self-study, and computer-based training.
- Develop and maintain training manuals, reference libraries, testing and evaluation procedures, and multimedia visual aids.
- Train and develop instructors and supervisory personnel in effective training techniques, including new employee orientation, on-the-job training, and sales techniques.
- Research and select outside consultants and trainers to conduct training in specific topics.
- Maintain records and prepare statistical reports on training hours and progress.
- Coordinate training courses with external educational and training programs.
- Screen, test, counsel, and recommend employees for participation in internal or external educational and training programs.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and contribute to the development of new training initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training, or human resources.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Experience with quality systems training requirements, such as ISO and IATF, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in word processing and presentation software, as well as knowledge of learning management systems and instructional design principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
