Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Program Director to lead our retail logistics management efforts in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing operational relationships with suppliers, ensuring customer obsession, and driving process improvements across our delivery network.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage operational relationship with suppliers to ensure seamless delivery operations
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Communicate results and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- English fluency is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
What We Offer
A competitive salary of $250,000 - $350,000 pesos per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
