Our goal is to make technology a force for good, and we believe that user-centered design is key to achieving this vision. We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher who lives in Mexico and has extensive experience with the Mexican market and culture.

Job Description

This role involves conducting research to reveal what our users need from our products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet user needs and align with business goals, and performing usability studies. The responsibilities include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user's experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.

  • Conduct qualitative research methods (e.g., user interviews, focus groups, usability testing) to gather insights on user behaviors and preferences.
  • Utilize quantitative research methods (e.g., surveys, analytics data) to analyze user interactions and trends, translating findings into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with data teams to analyze user behavior data and identify trends and patterns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure user engagement and assess the impact of design changes on user experience.
  • Presentation skills are crucial in presenting research findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate user insights into product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks to guide team efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and UX research.
  • Foster a culture of user-centered design within the organization by advocating for user needs and insights.
Requirements and Qualifications

We're seeking an experienced professional with at least two years of experience as a lead guiding clients, projects, and people. You should have:

  • Demonstrated expert Spanish language skills and advanced English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SPSS).
  • Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Maze) and repository tools (e.g., Notion).
  • Experience with e-commerce.
  • A strong understanding of UX research principles, including data analytics and metrics tracking.
  • The ability to deliver findings to recommendations for strategy.
  • Experience conducting basic UX research tasks like usability testing.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
