Location: Remote - Mexico
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled L2 Production Support professional to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and responsive technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to software and hardware
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support as needed
- Experience as a L2 support engineer with a strong background in ITIL process
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Unix, and Shell Scripting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
