Job Title: L2 Production Support

Location: Remote - Mexico

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled L2 Production Support professional to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and responsive technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to software and hardware
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support as needed
Requirements:
  • Experience as a L2 support engineer with a strong background in ITIL process
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Unix, and Shell Scripting
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
