We are seeking an experienced Compliance Technology Leader to join our Mastercard team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance tools, technologies and controls, as well as experience in managing compliance technology improvement projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the compliance technology governance and strategy program, maintaining the Compliance Technology Vendor's Management process, and supporting the implementation plans of CDD, AML and Sanctions technologies and automated processes.

Additionally, they will maintain an inventory of all compliance systems and subscriptions and related payments, manage the schedule and execution of systems and rules performance assessment, testing and tuning, and support various projects related to the compliance Shared Services Hub.

This role combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with and influence colleagues at all levels.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

The salary range for this position is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience required. The actual salary offered may vary depending on individual qualifications and other factors.
