About the Role

This position is for a Consultant role on our DFIR team. Your primary role will be helping customers prepare for, respond to, and investigate cybersecurity breaches. You will need to be prepared to work with both small and large organizations of varying levels of technical maturity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help customers prepare for, respond to, and investigate cybersecurity breaches
  • Work with both small and large organizations of varying levels of technical maturity
  • Investigate compromises involving large enterprise environments
  • Use forensic tools, acquire and analyze forensic artifacts, detect breaches, and resultant breach effects
  • Preserve and maintain data integrity
  • Aware of current cyber threats, forensic challenges, and industry best practices
Requirements
  • 2 years or more experience in digital forensics and/or incident response
  • Experience with investigating compromises involving large enterprise environments
  • Good understanding of different platforms and technologies
  • Client-facing skills – desirous to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Able to communicate technical concepts to all levels
  • Work well independently, ensuring client deliverables are of a high standard
  • Able to work well with little supervision and also with strong team skills
  • Demonstrate strong report writing and verbal skills

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus. This is a remote opportunity open to anyone legally authorized to work in Mexico.
