We're a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering accurate and timely financial results. As a seasoned finance professional, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with cross-functional groups to drive business initiatives and improve process efficiencies.
Our team is responsible for core accounting responsibilities at Google, including reviewing and analyzing financial reports, advising on governmental regulations, and providing supplementary financial information for internal and external reports. We're looking for a skilled individual with expertise in US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and experience in researching issues and documenting conclusions.
**Responsibilities:**
As a Finance Professional, you will maintain accountability for accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of accounting processes related to assigned area, including review agreements, develop significant estimates and reserves, accounting policies and memos, perform payment verification, month-end close activities, and balance sheet reconciliations, etc.
You will partner closely across finance as well as the business to support new or ongoing business initiatives, and improve process efficiencies/scalability for continued operational excellence.
**Salary Range:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
