**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collections Specialist to join our team at Teletrac Navman. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing customer accounts, identifying past-due invoices, and working with customers to resolve service issues and billing disputes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review customer accounts daily to identify past-due invoices and report metrics to the Department Manager
- Make recommendations on resolving open issues with customers and update the ERP system with clear notes on daily collection efforts
- Achieve collection targets by utilizing a consistent follow-up process and minimizing bad debt write-offs
- Utilize strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Work autonomously and identify areas for improvement to enhance the collections process
**Requirements**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Credit and Collections
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required
- ERP experience: SAP strongly preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
- Fluent English required (Conversational level)
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
