About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at ITT Inc.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for machining components for pumping equipment following established plans, records, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machining of components according to specifications
  • Verification of raw materials and tools
  • Measurement and dimensional records during machining
  • Delivery of components without dimensional errors
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized work area
  • Use of measuring instruments to verify tolerances
  • Analysis of risks to ensure safe workdays

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • High school diploma or technical career in machine tools or similar
  • 2+ years of experience as a CNC operator and conventional equipment operator
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard and operation of various machines
  • Ability to interpret machining plans and use measuring instruments
