Fraud Prevention Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct client verifications and account-related inquiries, processing transactions and cross-selling an expansive set of products and services to existing and new clients.
- Resolve inquiries and manage client issues based on the empowerment grid, including waiver of late charges, interest charges, annual fees, and write-offs, banking fees, charges for all cards and ready credit products to prescribed limits.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of an expansive set of products and service offerings, ensuring you can effectively recommend solutions to clients.
- Educate clients on fraud prevention and basic analysis, providing them with valuable insights to protect their financial well-being.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles or related fields.
- Basic level experience in a related role (combination of education/experience).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse client profiles.
- Influencing and relationship management skills to build strong client relationships.
- Proven ability to creatively solve problems and provide expert guidance to clients.
**Salary Estimate:** The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on specific circumstances.
