About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Finance Manager to join our team at North American Production Sharing, Inc. in El Marqués, Querétaro, México.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and supervise financial and control systems to achieve company objectives.">
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and expense analyses.">
  • Analyze and review daily engineering changes, new product standard costs, and material usage variances.">
  • Monitor work orders, ensure accurate completion, and investigate inactive orders.">
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventory as required.">
  • Assist with budgeted labor and overhead calculations, year-end cost roll preparation, and report coordination for government agencies.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.">
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing and cost accounting.">
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, policies, and procedures in accordance with US GAAP.">
  • Conceptual and analytical skills in cost accounting and manufacturing processes.">
  • Mfg software applications experience (MRP, JD Edwards preferable) and Standard Cost Accounting System experience.">
  • Advanced English language proficiency.">

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
