About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Medtronic. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing communications, maintaining schedules, and performing normal office functions.
  • Administer inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes, and coordinate travel and submit expenses.
  • Assist in gathering, compiling, and reporting on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in administrative processes.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Experience coordinating training events and managing expense reports.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CONCUR management experience.
