**Job Summary**
Solnova is seeking a highly skilled and organized Bilingual Recruiting Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining our database.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Pre-screen candidates through telephone interviews
- Schedule interviews and confirm with candidates
- Maintain an updated database of candidates
- Organize and manage records and documents
- Provide efficient problem-solving and support to the recruitment team
- Assist with new employee onboarding processes, including preparation of documents and dossiers
**Requirements:**
- Fluent in conversational and written English (80% or higher)
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting or a related field
- Familiarity with recruitment practices and phases, including selection, interviews, assessment, and onboarding
- Experience with work platforms and basic Excel skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and think critically
- Completed or unfinished degree in an administrative field (preferred)
**Work Environment:**
This is a full-time position that requires in-person work. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of professionals.
**Compensation:**
The salary for this position is $2,800.00 per week.
