Human Resources Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at BorgWarner. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and providing excellent support to employees and management.
Responsibilities- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes, facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events, collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and other tools.
- HR Administration: Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations, respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management Support: Help coordinate performance appraisal processes and training for managers, maintain documentation related to performance reviews.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, help communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
