Job Summary

Infosys Mexico is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT Service Management team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying complex ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM deployments, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge modules, and integrations aligned to industry best practices.
  • Work closely with architecture, platforms, application, and infrastructure teams to understand and design solutions.
  • Develop and deploy ServiceNow applications and Rest API-based integrations with 3rd party applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Development and Scripting, Configuration, Validation, and deployment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing IT Service Management, ITIL processes, and Enterprise Service Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
  • Working knowledge in all aspects of ServiceNow Applications development and Rest API-based integrations with 3rd party applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business.
  • Experience in working with multi-vendor development environments.
  • Interacts cross-functionally on matters that require coordination across the organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, ITIL.
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills.
  • Good Communication and Analytical skills.

Work Environment

This role requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time. The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders is essential.
