Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Medical Device Clinical Specialist to join our team As a key member of our clinical operations, you will be responsible for providing education and training to healthcare professionals on our infusion systems portfolio.
You will assess customer needs and assist with resolving issues through education or training sessions. Your expertise will help ensure successful medical device implementation and provide ongoing support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide peer-to-peer education, consultation, and training sessions to nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare staff
- Assess customer needs and assist with resolving issues through education or training sessions
- Follow-up with key accounts and customers to assess unmet education and clinical needs
- Execute clinical roles within the Universal Implementation Process
Requirements
- Experience in medical device education and training
- Strong knowledge of infusion systems and related technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
