As an Invoice to Cash Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions, including general ledger, cash payments/collections, and tax transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with financial transaction recording standards
  • Control and reconciliation of accounts and records, including balance sheet, P&L, and bank accounts
  • Accounting reports and schedules for internal and external audiences, including consolidation of financial statements and cash flow reporting
  • Cost accounting and budgeting, including allocation of direct and indirect costs and variance analysis
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable and Credit & Collections
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluency in Portuguese
