About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Inventory Support professional to join our team at Buscojobs México. As a Sales Inventory Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely availability of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Availability Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure higher levels of product availability and excellent customer experience.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely support to Customer Service and Sales Reps. on product status inquiries, including new product availability, inventory levels, production status, and stock in transit ETA.
  • Inventory Control: Review and fill open backorders for customers and distributors, manage customer usage spikes, and coordinate efforts with corporate teams to expedite products with critical inventory positions.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with Receiving, Supply Planners, Plant Expeditors, Customs, and Distribution teams to expedite products with critical inventory positions.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with Quality teams to resolve product and component retention issues.
