Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of clients and resolving technical issues, complaints, and questions in a timely manner
- Answering phone calls professionally and responding promptly to inquiries
- Handling customer service situations with confidence and patience
- Accurately processing information and completing tasks efficiently
- Demonstrating company values and vision to customers
- Maintaining confidentiality and protecting company and client information
Requirements
- Contact Center experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge a plus
- Excellent customer service skills essential
- Ability to use problem-solving and critical thinking skills
