Main Responsibilities- Support the overall strategy execution of the agency with analysis of renewals, product research, benchmarks, communications, and customer service.
- Provide analytics support for the placement and administration of global insurance programs, including Property, Marine, Marine P&I, Casualty, and others.
- Provide analytics support for the placement and administration of insurance programs in Mexico, including Medical, Life and Dental, Mobile Equipment, Surety bonds, and Infrastructure projects.
- Manage complex claims and provide support in the administration of insurance programs.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and writing).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 to 4 years of work experience in Finance, Planning, Insurance, or equivalent areas.
- Technical skills include proficiency in software for data collection and presentation, advanced Excel capabilities, and aptitude in articulating data-driven decisions.
