Nsc Global is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Field incoming technical support requests from customers via various channels.
- Document all pertinent customer information, including contact details and nature of issue.
- Build rapport and elicit problem details from customers.
- Prioritize and schedule technical issues. Escalate complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.
- Record, track, and document the technical support request resolution process.
Qualifications
- Professional knowledge and qualifications required: Acquires job skills and learns / adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Complete routine tasks pertaining to computer hardware, software or operating system support.
- Preferred Certifications: Understanding of working with Dell Desktop / Laptop, HP Desktop / Laptop / Printer, Lenovo Desktop / Laptop, Lexmark Printer, IBM Printer.
