Job Title: Real Estate Acquisition Specialist
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating real estate investment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Cold call and engage with potential clients to identify real estate investment opportunities
- Conduct due diligence and negotiate deals to close
- Work closely with the acquisitions team to source potential properties and manage the pipeline of prospects
- Build rapport with potential clients and help them overcome objections
- Act as a lead contact for sellers and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions of a US-based Real Estate Investing Company
- Strong understanding of real estate wholesaling
- Advanced/Native English Level C1/C2
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with Real Estate market trends and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
- Proficient in real estate CRMs (Podio)
