About the Role

The Services Product Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Lenovo team, responsible for driving the success of the company's Services business. This role requires a deep understanding of market requirements and the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to maximize Lenovo's presence in the fast-growing Services market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and prioritize to enable new services within the territory.
  • Create and control custom solutions for needed services.
  • Ensure data accuracy in all relevant systems and tools.
  • Perform as a subject matter expert about services on sales floor, sales enablement, and solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales support to sales reps and business partners.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to sellers and participate in sales events.
  • Share best practices across the team and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously with a results-driven attitude.

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience for technical products.
  • Servers, Infrastructure, and Solutions knowledge highly preferred.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, customer orientation, open and effective communication.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to lead complex projects.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and analytical skills.
