We are seeking a highly skilled Inbound Area Manager to lead and develop a team of Amazon Associates in a distribution warehouse environment. The Inbound Area Manager will be responsible for motivating, mentoring, and coaching their team to ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance performance, and engagement are maintained. This role requires a strong focus on employee development, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Amazon Associates to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
  • Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Propose, plan, and execute continuous improvement strategies to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
  • 3+ years of general experience.
  • 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • English and Spanish proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
  • Experience in data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight).
