Job Overview

Hewlett Packard seeks a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive software services for mission-critical customers. This role involves addressing customer requirements, offering guidance, and resolving challenges within established procedures.

Main Responsibilities

- Enhance customer satisfaction by accurately understanding and fulfilling their needs, while adhering to set guidelines.
- Provide proactive and reactive software services, focusing on pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery support for high-priority clients.
- Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain optimal service standards.
- Oversee and drive the deployment and sustainment of field operations, including escalations and expedites.
- Develop solutions to prevent recurring problems and incidents that impact client computing support and employee productivity.
- Contribute to profitability by identifying new business opportunities and providing technical support for deal proposal development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, ensure effective business controls, and lead complex requests.
- Analyze tasks, collaborate with partners, and provide guidance to enhance organizational performance.

Education & Experience Requirements

- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 8+ years of related work experience, preferably in HP products in Customer base, account management, computer customer support, on-site customer support, Mission Critical, systems experience, or a related field.
