About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Network Enablement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Program Management Services team, you will collaborate with both buyer and supplier customers to enable interaction via the SAP Business Network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of the supplier enablement workstream for our SAP Ariba customers
  • Coordinate internal outreach and support resources
  • Lead weekly status calls
  • Deliver analysis of project metrics
  • Provide education and training to customers on the value and functionality of the SAP Business Network
  • Keep project tasks on track

Requirements
  • Passionate about working directly with customers and comfortable maintaining a customer-centric attitude
  • Equally passionate and aggressive about developing expertise in new enterprise software applications, business processes, and implementation methodologies
  • Highly analytical and an elite problem-solver with ability to evaluate business problems and apply technology knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
  • Effective and polished communicator, both orally and in writing, and comfortable with public speaking/delivering presentations
  • Proactive – taking information available to provide customers with prescriptive recommendations for success
  • Open to domestic travel, up to 15%
