Job Summary

SAP is seeking a Network Enablement Lead to collaborate with customers on efforts that enable interaction via the SAP Business Network. The successful candidate will manage the execution of the supplier enablement workstream for SAP Ariba customers by coordinating internal outreach and support resources, leading weekly status calls, delivering analysis of project metrics, providing education and training to customers on the value and functionality of the SAP Business Network, and keeping project tasks on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions to enable interaction via the SAP Business Network
  • Manage the execution of the supplier enablement workstream for SAP Ariba customers
  • Coordinate internal outreach and support resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead weekly status calls to ensure project tasks are on track
  • Deliver analysis of project metrics to inform business decisions
  • Provide education and training to customers on the value and functionality of the SAP Business Network

Requirements

  • Passionate about working directly with customers and comfortable maintaining a customer-centric attitude
  • Equally passionate and aggressive about developing expertise in new enterprise software applications, business processes, and implementation methodologies
  • Highly analytical and an elite problem-solver with ability to evaluate business problems and apply technology knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
  • An effective and polished communicator, both orally and in writing, and comfortable with public speaking/delivering presentations
  • Proactive – taking information available to provide customers with prescriptive recommendations for success
