About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all digital marketing activities across LATAM, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead a team of marketers to ensure effective execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze and utilize financial measurements.
  • Advance knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of Merchandising and Product.
  • Advance level of Portuguese and English.
  • Spanish is a plus.
