Growth Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Lead to join our team at Sur. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for spearheading our marketing and growth initiatives, driving our marketing strategy, and optimizing our existing channels to fuel our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and optimize our current lead generation efforts, working closely with our vendor partners to enhance these channels and drive results.
- Implement new marketing channels to increase MQLs for our sales team, including digital ads, inbound marketing, and strategic partnerships.
- Enhance lead capture mechanisms across our website and other platforms, utilizing strategies like site form fills, live chat, email capture, and webinars to maximize conversion rates.
- Create and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive ROI, including optimizing ad campaigns, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization efforts.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure that our marketing initiatives are driving profitable customer acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives, optimizing the customer journey from awareness through to conversion.
- Manage cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the creation and execution of content strategies that drive engagement and conversion, including SEO, blog content, and social media outreach.
- 3-8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B/SaaS growth; startup experience highly preferred.
- Expert-level understanding of lead generation, lead capture, and performance marketing techniques, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills paired with creativity, allowing you to develop innovative marketing strategies that are both effective and scalable.
- Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- 15 days of PTO plus 6 paid US holidays (which do not count against PTO days).

Salary Range: $3000 - $6000 USD
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST
Payment Frequency: Monthly
