The Role
We are seeking a People Operations leader to support our Guadalajara office and champion our People First philosophy. As a key member of our Employee Success Team, you will partner strategically with managers and leaders to analyze and identify key trends and metrics. You will also develop ideas and solutions to ensure a People first strategy, build strong relationships with our management team, and execute team organizational design and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with managers and leaders to analyze and identify key trends and metrics and proactively develop ideas and solutions to ensure a People first strategy.
- Build strong relationships with Rival's management team, focusing on understanding their business and team, identifying areas of strength and opportunity, and defining creative solutions.
- Execute team organizational design and performance metrics, including succession management, talent assessment, leadership competencies, and development planning.
- Execute top-tier employee relations support, investigating employee relations concerns, recommending an appropriate resolution of complaints, and monitoring results.
- Lead through complex employee relations issues and disciplinary actions, including performance plans, employee warnings, and terminations.
- Strategic partnership with our Employee Success team and outside partners to ensure we are aligned and partnered in the execution of human capital initiatives.
- Advocate a positive employee experience and leverage your internal relationships to proactively create culture-building opportunities across the organization.
- Proactively identify process inefficiencies and inconsistencies and collaborate on process improvements that enhance the employee's and/or manager's experience.
