Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and examine data to support business operations
  • Run reports and perform data analysis to inform business decisions
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure business priorities are met
  • Manage supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, and implement framework agreements
  • Issue purchase orders and support the full lifecycle of multiple orders simultaneously
  • Improve key performance metrics for the region, including on-time delivery, savings against budget, and cost of failure
  • Work proactively with the Tendering team to recommend suppliers and manage cost-out negotiations
  • Coordinate supplier selection, development, and categorization to ensure sourcing optimization
  • Effectively collaborate with global teams to interpret requirements and define sourcing strategies
  • Manage the procure-to-pay process and invoice resolution with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and tendering
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel formulas, v-look up, and pivot table knowledge
  • Experience with SAP and Tableau
  • Fluent in English
